Mario Dodić — the expert behind the course
Not a trainer who learned from textbooks. A technical professional who spent years in the field before building the training he wished existed.
He began his career as a technical support engineer — directly supporting installers on site, troubleshooting real systems, and identifying the exact gaps between manufacturer documentation and real-world installation practice.
Over the years, Mario worked with some of Europe's most recognised HVAC brands — Grundfos, Bosch, British Gas, Viessmann, Clivet and ESBE — delivering technical training to their installer networks and internal teams.
His approach is different from generic e-learning: every lesson is grounded in field reality, not theory alone. He built the Heat Pump Journey because he couldn't find a course rigorous enough to match what installers actually face on site.
